Super friendly, great service came to fix it really quick fixed our soda drain in no time highly recommend we will definitely keep their number on speed dial! Thank you guys so much you were awesome! 

My kitchen sink stopped flowing, and I posted on a local FB group, and Jacob's responded very quickly and came out the next day. Service was great and price reasonable, and the guys explained what the problem was and how to correct it. I will definitely use Jacob's Plumbing again.

I had the misfortune of needing both a new water heater and a new toilet this past week. Josh with Jacob's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning was able to help with both. He was exceptionally kind, professional and courteous and got Kyle and Jordan out to install a new water heater within one day. The very next day, I needed a new toilet and Kyle came out on a Friday afternoon and installed one for me. Kyle has been here several times and has always been respectful, kind and quick. He leaves the area completely clean and takes away the old equipment. If you hire this company, you will be very satisfied with the quick response, terrific work, great prices, and especially the friendly, respectful service. I will recommend them to everyone. These guys are quick, thoughtful, friendly, affordable, honest, and professional! Two guys came to help with a leak in the upstairs bathroom. They had to cut through the ceiling in the downstairs closet to access the problem. They put plastic down over everything before cutting to protect my belongings. They even gave me a referral for a drywall guy! AND!! They pulled my trash cans back up from the curb without me even asking! Support local and give them your business!! They’re the best anyways!! 

Josh Jacobs and team are freaking phenomenal! Last night around 7pm my kid comes in and asks why the bathtub has brown water in it. The toilet backed up into the shower! I called Josh as an emergency and they arrived in less than two hours. They figured out the issue (collapsed pipe) and gave me a quote for the fix. He didn't pressure me to get things fixed that night and even suggested I call around for quotes. I'm a repeat customer (had a backed up sink a few months ago) so Josh gave a bit of a discount. I knew the quote he gave was already a good deal. Then we talked about how to pay. I appreciated that Josh gave options like a down payment and payment plan because this wasn't a small issue. Or that if we paid in cash he could cut a few hundred off the total. Because I used them for the fix, he didn't charge me for the emergency call. And they were about to fit me in the next day to get this taken care of. They fixed the problem area and installed a clean out. The team is responsive, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll always use and recommend Jacobs' Plumbing and Drain.

I recently had my tankless water heater continuously flushing out water through the relief valve spout outside my house. I called as many plumbers as I could to see who could come ASAP to diagnose and resolve the issue. Exasperated, I found Josh Jacob’s Drain Cleaning service through a Facebook Elk Grove Recommendation group. The moment we connected he showed his care and concern for not only my situation but, but my pocketbook. He advised me to call Rinnai and see if they could help me diagnose the issue. They wouldn’t, but based off the description of the problem they believed it might be the relief valve needing to be replaced. I shared this information along with pictures & videos with Josh and he agreed that that might be the issue. He instructed me on what part to get and booked me for his earliest appointment availability. He also shared that he would replumb the pipe to copper as it was more durable.The day came and Josh arrived as promised and replaced the relief valve along with did the replumbing quick & thoroughly like a true professional. He did all this on shorter notice on Thanksgiving week of all times.For that, I cannot thank Josh enough and recommend him to you all for all your plumbing needs. His professionalism, care for clients, transparency, and affordability are TOP NOTCH!

Had Jacobs' Plumbing and drain do two more plumbing projects for us. A bathroom remodel due to water leaking behind tub and under into subfloor...Very happy with the work. They also came out and fixed a blockage in our kitchen line, got us up an running again! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend using Jacobs Plumbing. Josh and Dylan along with their crew came out to connect my ADU to the sewer line. I was amazed at how fast they were able to get it connected. I will definitely be calling them again for any of my plumbing future needs.

We had a great experience with Jacob’s Plumbing. We called on Friday morning due to a cracked/leaking water heater and they had someone at our house in 2 hours with an exact quote for a replacement. They were back the next morning and had everything done in 2 hours. Thank you to Josh for all the help and thank you to Russell for a great installation!

Our church recently called Jacob’s Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. We had an issue with the sewage in our building in need of immediate attention. The owner responded to our call in a very timely manner and communicated the process, got us an appointment and completed the service in a quick and professional manner. We believe he considered the fact we are a small nonprofit organization and helped resolve the issue fast and at price we could easily handle. The fix is temporary but it will allow us the time to prepare financially to have the permanent work done. We completely plan to contact Jacob’s Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to complete the project!
